BoostifyPro Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you accept

These terms govern use of boostify-pro.com and the platform at app.boostify-pro.com, operated by BOOSTIFY PRO CONSULTING SpA, based in Puerto Varas, Chile. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm you can bind it. You are at least 18.

2. The service

BoostifyPro provides an AI agent and automation platform for sales, marketing and operations: prospect management, content drafting, social publishing, image and video generation, metrics and alerts. Some features rely on third-party services (Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Telegram and others) that may change or become unavailable.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend it for security risk, breach or non-payment.

4. Connected accounts and permissions

When you connect Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, HubSpot or other accounts, you authorize us to act on your behalf only within the permissions you approve. You can revoke them at any time. By using YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You confirm you have the right to use and publish content from the accounts you connect.

5. AI-generated content and human review

AI can make mistakes. Text, images, video and analysis are drafts you review before publishing or sending. Posts and uploads happen only with your explicit approval. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. We assign you our rights in the outputs you generate, to the extent we can, with no guarantee they are registrable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: use the platform for spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to automate messages or connection requests on networks that prohibit it; impersonate people or companies; generate unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory content or content that sexualizes minors; scrape data unlawfully; attempt to breach security; or resell the service without a written agreement. You must follow the rules of each platform you connect and data protection law when contacting third parties.

7. Your data and your contacts

You own your data and content. You authorize us to process it to provide the service. If you upload personal data of third parties, you are the controller and we act as processor under the Privacy Policy and the applicable data processing agreement; you warrant you have a legal basis to share it with us.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, trademarks, designs and documentation belong to BoostifyPro or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it while your account is active. You may not copy, decompile or create derivative works, except as the law allows.

9. Fees and payment

Prices, taxes, billing cycle and renewals are those in your proposal or plan. During the free early-access period we do not charge; if we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without accepting. Third-party costs (AI credits, APIs) may be billed separately if agreed. You may cancel with 30 days' notice; there is no refund for periods already provided, except as the law requires.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous service, but interruptions, maintenance or provider failures may occur. We may change features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of business results (sales, ranking, reach). To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You will hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from content you publish or from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate it for breach. On termination we export or delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes and stop acting on your connected accounts.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes go to the ordinary courts of Chile, without prejudice to consumer rights.

15. Changes and contact
