1. Who is responsible
BOOSTIFY PRO CONSULTING SpA ("BoostifyPro", "we"), based in Puerto Varas, Chile, is the controller of the personal data described here. We operate boostify-pro.com and the platform at app.boostify-pro.com. Contact us at hola@boostify-pro.com.
When a customer gives us data about its own contacts or clients to process on the platform, we act as a processor on that customer's behalf and follow its instructions and our contract.
2. Who this applies to
Website visitors, people who sign up for the platform, customers, people who contact us, and professionals whose public business contact details we use for B2B outreach.

We do not ask for sensitive data (health, origin, beliefs, biometrics, and similar) or data from people under 18. If you believe we hold any, write to us and we will delete it.
4. Google, YouTube and LinkedIn data
Google. If you connect Google, we access only the permissions you approve on the consent screen: your basic profile to sign you in; your site's performance data in Google Search Console (read-only); and, if you turn the feature on, information about your YouTube channel (statistics and videos) and the ability to upload videos to your channel.
BoostifyPro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we do and do not do. We use this data only to provide the features visible in the platform (showing metrics, preparing and uploading videos you approve). We do not sell it, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it except to provide the feature you request, for security, to comply with law, or with your consent. Our staff read it only with your permission, for security, or when the law requires.
YouTube. Our platform uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We upload a video only after you approve it, and we show the channel and the visibility setting (public, unlisted or private) before uploading. We never ask for or store your YouTube password and we do not copy other channels' audiovisual content.
How to revoke access. You can disconnect your account in the platform or revoke access in your Google security settings. If you revoke in the platform, we delete data obtained from Google within 7 days; if you revoke in Google, within 30 days. Deleting data on our platform does not delete it from YouTube.
LinkedIn. If you connect LinkedIn (basic identity and posting on your behalf), we use your identifier and token only to show your account and publish content you approve. That connection does not send messages or connection requests.
5. Artificial intelligence and automated decisions
We use Anthropic's Claude models to draft, analyze and run tasks. We send only the context needed. We do not use your data to train our own models, and we do not authorize providers to train on it under their current commercial and API terms. We calculate internal prospect scores to prioritize sales work; they produce no legal effects and a person reviews relevant actions. You may request human review or contest a result.
6. Who we share data with
Only with providers that need it to deliver the service, under confidentiality and security terms: Anthropic (AI models), Supabase (sign-in and database), Vercel (web hosting), RackNerd (server), HubSpot (CRM), Telegram (internal alerts), KIE (image and video generation), Google, LinkedIn, Sentry (error logs with personal data masked) and an email provider. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Several providers are in the United States or other countries. When we transfer data outside Chile, we require adequate safeguards: contractual clauses, certifications or equivalent levels of protection, as applicable law requires.
8. How long we keep data
Only as long as needed: account and customer data for the contract term plus 12 months; prospects up to 24 months from last contact; technical logs 90 days; tax records for the legal period. We keep a minimal list of people who asked not to be contacted, to honor that request.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and temporary restriction of your data, and withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. Write to hola@boostify-pro.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply; we may verify your identity. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the competent data protection authority, including Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency once operating under Law No. 21,719. If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights it grants.
10. Commercial outreach
If we contact you as a professional using public data, we will tell you where we got it and you can ask us not to write again; we record that immediately. Messages we send on LinkedIn are drafted by our team with AI help, approved one by one by a person, and sent from a team member's own account at low volume.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections, per-user and per-customer access control, credentials stored with restricted permissions, masking of personal data in error logs, and backups. If a breach affecting your data creates a risk, we will notify you and the authority where required.
12. Cookies
We use necessary cookies and, with your consent, measurement cookies. Details in our Cookie Notice.
13. Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will post the new version and, for material changes or changes affecting Google data, ask you to accept it before we continue.
